At least one author of each paper must register at the Author registration rate. For a single paper, a single author registration is required. A attendee/student registration is not an author regsitration.

All fees are in US Dollars. Unlike in Canada, there are currently no taxes, GST, etc., in the US on conference registration fees.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be no cancellation/ refund after Registration.
