Hotel options near conference location :

There are two possible venues. (only recommendation)

1. These are both about 8 miles from the lab (~20 minutes) and have very good restaurants nearby in Mount Kisco. They run about $150-200/night. Mount Kisco Hotel MTK . Comfort Inn and Suites in Mount Kisco

2. Tarrytown/Elmsford (also 20 minutes away and closer to the city)

Hampton Inn White Plains ~$207

Springhill suites by Marriott is very likely to accept group bookings, it is very large. Typical room is $239.

Transportation options from NYC airports to T J Watson Center:

• JFK is easier than LaGuardia. Plan on 90 minutes from either.
• Newark is about 90 minutes as well. This is all modulated by standard traffic patterns. People can use their favorite app for mapping and evaluate based on current traffic patterns at the time of day they think they will travel.
• If you are coming from the city, It is highly recommended using Metro-North and going to Croton-Harmon station and getting a Uber or the like from there.
